To Do:

1. Sit up straight.
2. Refrain from forced thoughts.
3. Refrain from feelings of embarrassment. 
4. Think about what is, instead of what could be/could have been. No more verbs in past tense. 
5. Drink more water. 
6. Erase or embrace it completely. Permanently. Commit to a singular resolution; no more back and forth/up and down/side to side. No more crossing that line between insanity and rationality. Between real time and memory. 
7. Get a good night's rest.
